AN ACT AWARDING A PENSION CREDIT TO TEACHERS WHO
WORKED FULL-TIME THROUGH THE COVID -19 PANDEMIC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 167a of the general statutes be amended to award a one-1
year service credit under the teachers' retirement system to each teacher 2
who worked full-time through the COVID-19 pandemic. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To award a one-year service credit under the teachers' retirement system
to each teacher who worked full-time through the COVID-19 pandemic.
