AN ACT REQUIRING STUDENTS TO LEARN A SECOND LANGUAGE
IN SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require students 1
enrolled in a public school to take and pass a second language course. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require all public school students to learn a second language.
