AN ACT PROHIBITING BIOLOGICAL MALES FROM PARTICIPATING
IN FEMALE-ONLY SPORTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit biological 1
males from participating in any way as a member of a female-only 2
athletic team in interscholastic and intramural athletic events. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit biological males from participating in girls' sports.
