AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE HUNTING OF ANIMALS BY FIREARM ON
PRIVATE PROPERTY ON ALL DAYS OF THE WEEK DURING THE
LEGAL HUNTING SEASON FOR SUCH ANIMAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the hunting of 1
animals on private property on all days of the week, including Sundays, 2
during the legal hunting season for such animal. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the hunting of all animals on private property on all days of
the week, including Sundays, during the legal hunting season for such
animal.
