AN ACT REQUIRING CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITY COMPANIES TO
HOLD ANNUAL COMMUNITY OUTREACH MEETINGS AND FILE
ANNUAL COMMUNITY IMPACT REPORTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require public utility 1
companies that operate pipelines of a certain size to hold annual 2
community outreach meetings and file annual reports on community 3
impacts and performance. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require public utility companies that operate pipelines of a certain
size to hold annual community outreach meetings and file annual
reports on community impacts and performance.
