AN ACT CONCERNING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS FOR ELECTRIC
DISTRIBUTION COMPANY CUSTOMERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require an electric 1
distribution company to provide payment arrangements or budget 2
billing agreements to cover any outstanding balance owed by an end 3
use customer of such company, including balances owed for the 4
Combined Public Benefits Charge. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require an electric distribution company to provide payment
