AN ACT CONCERNING INCREASING THE SUPPLY OF NATURAL
GAS AND HYDROGEN POWER IN THE NEW ENGLAND REGION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of 1
Energy and Environmental Protection, in collaboration with the Office 2
of the Governor, to collaborate with the New England states to increase 3
the supply of natural gas in the region and to construct a pipeline from 4
Canada to increase the supply of hydrogen power in the region. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection
to collaborate with the New England states to increase the supply of
natural gas and hydrogen in the region.
