AN ACT ESTABLISHING A COMMUNITY ENDOWMENT FUND AND
TAX CREDIT PROGRAM FOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO SAID FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a Community 1
Endowment Fund and a tax credit program for contributions to said 2
fund, which contributions shall be used to support nonprofit 3
infrastructure and to meet local needs. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a Community Endowment Fund and a tax credit program
for contributions to said fund, which contributions shall be used to
support nonprofit infrastructure and to meet local needs.
