AN ACT REQUIRING THE SECRETARY OF THE STATE TO REPORT
ON THE ELECTION INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require the Secretary 1
of the State to provide an annual report on, and accounting of the 2
activities of, the Election Information Security Analyst within the office 3
of the Secretary of the State. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Secretary of the State to annually provide information on
the activities, costs and benefits of the Election Information Security
Analyst.
