AN ACT REQUIRING THE ONLINE POSTING OF STATUTORILY
REQUIRED STATE AGENCY REPORTS TO THE GENERAL
ASSEMBLY.
SUMMARY
This bill requires a state agency that submits a report to the legislature
or a legislative committee to also post the report on the agency’s website.
By law, unchanged by the bill, an agency must also (1) submit the report
electronically to the Office of Legislative Research and the clerks of the
House and Senate and (2) file a copy with the state librarian.
EFFECTIVE DATE: October 1, 2025
