AN ACT REQUIRING THE STATE COMMISSION ON CAPITOL
PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION TO DEVELOP A PROCESS
FOR ADDING STATUES TO THE STATE CAPITOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 4b-60 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
State Commission on Capitol Preservation and Restoration to develop a 2
process for identifying and commissioning additional statues to be 3
added to the exterior of the State Capitol that reflect the diversity of the 4
state. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To develop a process for identifying and commissioning additional
statues for the exterior of the State Capitol that reflect the diversity of
the state.
