Explanation
The bill creates a State Historical Commission and allows members
to be reimbursed for expenses incurred in the performance of their
duties resulting in a potential minimal cost to the Office of Legislative
Management to the extent reimbursements are requested.
The bill also adds to the duties of the State Commission on Capitol
Preservation resulting in no fiscal impact to the state because the
Commission has the expertise to meet the requirements of the bill.

continue into the future subject to inflation.
