AN ACT PROHIBITING THE CONNECTICUT LOTTERY
CORPORATION FROM PUBLICLY DISCLOSING THE IDENTITIES OF
CERTAIN CONNECTICUT LOTTERY WINNERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that the Connecticut 1
Lottery Corporation shall not publicly disclose the name of any lottery 2
winner unless such winner has consented to such disclosure. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that the Connecticut Lottery Corporation shall not publicly
disclose the name of any lottery winner unless such winner has
consented to such disclosure.
