AN ACT CONCERNING INSTRUCTORS FOR AN AIRFRAME AND
POWER PLANT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit any person who holds 1
an airframe and power plant certificate and has not less than ten years 2
of experience as an aerospace technician to be an instructor for an 3
airframe and powerplant certificate program. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow any person to be an instructor for an airframe and power plant
certificate program who holds an airframe and power plant certificate
and has not less than ten years of experience as an aerospace technician.
