AN ACT ESTABLISHING A RADON MITIGATION ASSISTANCE
PROGRAM FOR LOW-INCOME HOMEOWNERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a radon mitigation 1
assistance program, administered by the Department of Housing, for 2
low-income homeowners. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a radon mitigation assistance program for low-income
homeowners to reduce unsafe radon levels.
