AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN INTERAGENCY COUNCIL ON
HOMELESSNESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to establish an 1
interagency council on homelessness to advise and assist the 2
Commissioner of Housing in improving homelessness prevention and 3
response efforts in the state. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an interagency council on homelessness.
