AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PROGRAMS THAT ASSIST
PERSONS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of twenty million dollars be appropriated to the 1
Department of Housing, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year 2
ending June 30, 2026, to provide additional funding for the housing and 3
homeless services programs administered by the department. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for programs administered by the Department of
Housing that provide assistance to persons experiencing homelessness.
