AN ACT CONCERNING FAIR RENT COMMISSION APPEALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 7-148e of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1
any appeal from any order of a fair rent commission shall be in 2
accordance with the procedure set forth in section 4-183 of the general 3
statutes. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require that any appeal from a fair rent commission be in accordance
with procedures set forth in section 4-183 of the general statutes.
