AN ACT ESTABLISHING SPEEDY EVICTION PROCEEDINGS FOR
THE REMOVAL OF SQUATTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 832 be amended to establish an expedited process for 1
the eviction of persons unlawfully occupying premises with no legal 2
right to do so. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an expedited process for the eviction of persons unlawfully
occupying premises with no legal right to do so.
