No Fiscal Impact  
The amendment strikes the underlying bill, which had no associated 
fiscal impact.  
The amendment prohibits the use of a medical record pertaining to 
maternal prenatal care as: (1) the sole or primary basis for a mandated 
report of child abuse or neglect; and (2) the sole or primary reason for 
the Commissioner of Children and Families to accept any such report, 
which results in no fiscal impact.
