AN ACT CONCERNING TERMINATION HEARINGS FOR TENURED
TEACHERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (d) of section 10-151 of the general statutes be 1
amended to require a three-member panel, rather than a single hearing 2
officer, for termination hearings of teachers who have attained tenure. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require three-member panels for termination hearings for teachers
who have attained tenure.
