AN ACT AUTHORIZING BUTCHER SHOPS TO PROCESS FARMER -
OWNED AND USDA-INSPECTED LIVESTOCK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize butcher shops to 1
process farmer-owned and United States Department of Agriculture-2
inspected livestock. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To address the backlog of processing farmer livestock.
