AN ACT CONCERNING CONCRETE AGGREGATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 446i of the general statutes be amended to (1) require 1
certain concrete aggregate producers to (A) periodically provide 2
geological source reports to the State Geologist and the Commissioner 3
of Energy and Environmental Protection, and (B) submit an operations 4
plan to the State Geologist and the commissioner, and (2) require certain 5
concrete producers to confirm that concrete aggregate satisfies various 6
statutory requirements. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To (1) require certain concrete aggregate producers to (A) periodically
provide geological source reports to the State Geologist and the
Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection, and (B) submit
an operations plan to the State Geologist and the commissioner, and (2)
require certain concrete producers to confirm that concrete aggregate
satisfies various statutory requirements.
