AN ACT CONCERNING ZERO -CARBON ELECTRIC GRID
REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-200a of the general statutes be amended to repeal the 1
goal of a zero-carbon electric grid by 2040. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal zero-carbon electric grid requirements.
