AN ACT PROHIBITING WATERFOWL AND BIRD HUNTING IN
SECTIONS OF THE MORRIS COVE AREA OF NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Energy and Environmental Protection to prohibit waterfowl and bird 2
hunting in sections of the Morris Cove area of New Haven. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide increased safety and quality of life to residents of the Morris
Cove area of New Haven.
