AN ACT LIMITING APPEALS UNDER THE CONNECTICUT
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to limit who may appeal under 1
the Connecticut Environmental Protection Act to property owners 2
abutting or within one hundred feet of the property in question and 3
nonprofit organizations. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To limit who can take an appeal under CEPA.
