AN ACT RESTRICTING THE USE OF SECOND GENERATION
ANTICOAGULANT RODENTICIDES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce the authorized use of 1
second generation anticoagulant rodenticides. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the health of raptors and other animals.
