AN ACT EXEMPTING SENIOR CITIZENS FROM THE PASSPORT TO
THE PARKS MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt senior citizens from 1
the Passport to the Parks motor vehicle registration fee. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To provide recreational opportunities to senior citizens without the
financial barrier of such fee.
