AN ACT CONCERNING REPEAL OF CERTAIN GREENHOUSE GAS
REDUCTION GOALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-200a of the general statutes be amended to repeal the 1
goal of having greenhouse gases be reduced, not later than January 1, 2
2040, to a level of zero per cent from electricity supplied to electric 3
customers in the state. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal certain greenhouse gas emission reduction goals.
