AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO THE HARBOR MANAGEMENT
ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to revise the Harbor 1
Management Act to clarify the right of municipalities to participate in 2
decisions concerning authorized uses in areas under the jurisdiction of 3
a harbor management commission. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify certain rights of municipalities under the Harbor
Management Act.
