AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISPOSAL OF MARINE AND ROAD
FLARES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish an extended 1
producer responsibility program for the collection and disposal of 2
expired marine and road flares. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the safe disposal of marine and road flares that have
expired.
