AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN LARGE -SCALE RESIDENTIAL SOLAR
INSTALLATIONS FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE NON -RESIDENTIAL
ENERGY SOLUTIONS PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt certain large-scale 1
solar photovoltaic systems installed to benefit apartment buildings or 2
other residential buildings with five or more units from participation in 3
the Non-residential Energy Solutions Program. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt large-scale solar photovoltaic systems installed to benefit
apartment buildings or other residential buildings with five or more
units from participation in the Non-residential Energy Solutions
Program.
