AN ACT EXEMPTING FARM VEHICLES FROM THE HIGHWAY USE
TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-493a of the general statutes be amended to exempt 1
farm vehicles from the highway use tax. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt farm vehicles from the highway use tax.
