AN ACT CONCERNING PERSONS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS
AND SAME-DAY ELECTION REGISTRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to allow persons 1
experiencing homelessness to utilize the same-day election registration 2
process to be able to cast a ballot at an election. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow persons experiencing homelessness to utilize the same-day
election registration process to be able to cast a ballot at an election.
