AN ACT CONCERNING ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT FOR
CONSUMER GOODS AND SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require any person who 1
offers any consumer good or service to consumers to accept cash as a 2
form of payment. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require any person who offers any consumer good or service to
consumers to accept cash as a form of payment.
