AN ACT REPEALING A PRIOR CONVEYANCE OF A PARCEL OF
STATE LAND TO THE TOWN OF EAST HADDAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That special act 23-30, which required the conveyance of a certain 1
parcel of state land to the town of East Haddam at fair market value, be 2
repealed. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal special act 23-30, which required the conveyance of a certain
parcel of state land to the town of East Haddam.
