AN ACT REINSTATING THE REGIONAL COMMUNITY -TECHNICAL
COLLEGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Board of Regents for Higher Education dissolve Connecticut 1
State Community College and reinstate the twelve regional community-2
technical colleges as separate public institutions of higher education. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To reinstate the twelve regional community-technical colleges as
separate public institutions of higher education.
