AN ACT EXPANDING THE TIME TO OWN PROGRAM AND SETTING
ASIDE FUNDS FOR TEACHERS AND EARLY CHILDHOOD AND
CHILD CARE PROFESSIONALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority be required to 1
expand the Time to Own program, with a specified amount of funds set 2
aside for teachers and early childhood and child care professionals. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the Time to Own program and set aside funds for teachers
and early childhood and child care professionals.
