AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN PROTECTIONS FOR GROUP AND
FAMILY CHILD CARE HOMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit landlords or 1
common interest communities from imposing certain restrictions on the 2
operation of licensed group child care homes and family child care 3
homes operated within a dwelling unit. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify and enforce protections for licensed group child care homes
and licensed family child care homes and prevent landlords and
common interest communities from placing restrictions on the
operations of such homes.
