AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
TRANSFORMING CHILDREN'S BEHAVIORAL HEALTH POLICY AND
PLANNING COMMITTEE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to adopt the recommendations 1
of the Transforming Children's Behavioral Health Policy and Planning 2
Committee concerning the children's Medicaid behavioral health 3
reimbursement rate, workforce stabilization, insurance coverage, a 4
continuum of crisis services study, a school-based health centers study 5
and school health services. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To adopt the recommendations of the Transforming Children's
Behavioral Health Policy and Planning Committee.
