Explanation 
There is a potential minimal cost to the Department of Administrative 
Services and municipalities beginning in FY 26 for notifying all involved 
parties prior to discontinuing or reducing payment for any prescription 
drug medication that meets certain conditions. The bill specifies this 
notification must be written or printed and served personally or be sent 
by registered or certified mail.
