AN ACT REQUIRING FULL -TIME STATE EMPLOYEES TO RETURN TO IN-OFFICE OR ONSITE WORK AT LEAST FIVE DAYS PER WEEK. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 5 of the general statutes be amended to (1) require all full-1 time state employees to return to in-office or onsite work at least five 2 days per week, and (2) reduce the daily salary of any full-time employee 3 who fails to return to the office or onsite work at least five days per week 4 by twenty per cent. 5 Statement of Purpose: To require state employees to return to in-office or onsite work.
