AN ACT LIMITING THE ASSESSMENT OF THE PASSPORT TO THE
PARKS MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEE TO ONE VEHICLE
PER HOUSEHOLD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 14-49b of the general statutes be 1
amended to limit the assessment of the Passport to the Parks motor 2
vehicle registration fee to one charge per household regardless of the 3
number of vehicles such household may own. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the assessment of the Passport to the Parks Fee to one vehicle
per household.
