AN ACT CONCERNING PETITIONING CANDIDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to decrease the number 1
of signatures a candidate is required to obtain to be able to petition onto 2
the ballot at a primary or an election. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To decrease the number of signatures required for a candidate to
petition onto a primary or election ballot.
