AN ACT CONCERNING UNIVERSAL VOTING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require that each 1
qualified elector cast a ballot at an election. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require that each qualified elector cast a ballot at an election.
