AN ACT PROHIBITING LIQUOR SALES IN RETAILERS THAT SELL
FOOD OR CANDY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to provide that no 1
retailer that sells food or candy shall be permitted to sell alcoholic liquor. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that no retailer that sells food or candy shall be permitted to
sell alcoholic liquor.
