AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLOSURES OF SALARY RANGES ON
PUBLIC AND INTERNAL JOB POSTINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 31-40z of the general statutes be amended to require 1
employers to disclose salary ranges on public and internal job postings. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To amend current law on salary transparency by requiring employers
to disclose salary ranges on public and internal job postings.
