AN ACT CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS TO A MUNICIPAL HOUSING
AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-41 of the general statutes be amended to permit the 1
governing body of a municipality to review and approve appointments 2
made to the municipal housing authority. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the governing body of a municipality to review and approve
appointments made to the municipal housing authority.
