Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow the Millstone Ridge 1
Tax District to collect taxes on a flat rate basis. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the Millstone Ridge Tax District to collect taxes on a flat rate
basis.
