AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECOVERY OF ATTORNEY'S FEES AND
COSTS IN ACTIONS FOR WRONGFUL PROPERTY TAX
ASSESSMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-119 of the general statutes be amended to permit an 1
applicant who prevails in an action for wrongful property tax 2
assessment to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the recovery of attorney's fees and costs in successful actions
for wrongful property tax assessment.
